"What if my furniture does not fit or is the wrong color?" We will graciously allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery; additional delivery fees will apply. "What credit cards does the furniture warehouse offer?" The Furniture Warehouse offers a credit plan such as 90 days interest free. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our financing is through Citifinacial for time payments. "How do I report a problem?" Please contact our customer service department at 941-359-2255 or your store. "What is The Furniture Warehouse's warranty policy?" We offer a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Fabric wear is excluded and is not covered under warranty. "Do you have fabric and leather warranties?" Yes, we warrant against rips, tears and burns with the purchase of Ultra Shield. Our protection covers fabric for 7 years and leather for 10 years.
