The Furniture Warehouse Store Policy

We are a warehouse operation and provide you with the very highest quality merchandise at warehouse prices. We offer full refunds on non-delivered merchandise with the exception of special orders and closeout inventory.

Merchandise delivered will graciously be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase, additional delivery fees will apply, no refunds. All items assembled cannot be returned.

We offer next day delivery. Delivery is $49.99 for one item and $59.99 for all other entire purchases. We offer a four-hour delivery window. Specific times are not available. We gladly call ahead ½ hour to give you notice of our exact arrival time.

We warranty that the merchandise you purchase from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty applies only to the original delivery address. Fabric wear or fading is not covered under the warranty.
